This Privacy Policy describes how Uptime Interviews, a division of Albright Research ("we," "us"), collects and uses information when you visit uptimeinterviews.com or apply to join our expert panel.
Information We Collect
When you apply to join the panel, we collect the information you submit through our signup form: your name, email address, phone number, job title, company, industry, and, if you choose to provide it, your LinkedIn profile URL. If you correspond with us by email, phone, or text, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate your fit for paid research opportunities and contact you about them
- To share relevant professional background with a client when confirming your fit for a specific study, and only to the extent needed for that purpose
- To issue honoraria through our payment provider, Tremendous
- To operate, maintain, and improve our services
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service Providers
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our panel, including our website host and Tremendous for payments. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function.
Data Retention
We retain panel member information for as long as you remain on the panel. You can ask us to remove you from the panel and delete your information at any time by emailing bez@albrightresearch.com.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we will respond promptly.
